چکیده

The present study was to investigate the effects of toll-like receptor 4 on transplanted bone marrow stem cells in ischemic brain. Focal cerebral ischemia induced by permanent occlusion middle artery gene knockout mice and wild type control mice. Bone were injected into lateral ventricle. cylinder tests, vivo image, polymerase chain reaction array, etc. applied evaluate neurological function underlying mechanisms. On 10th d after artery, ratio right limb movement group 1 significantly higher than that without injection (p<0.05). In imaging showed 3rd cells, fluorescence intensities 3 enhanced compared with 1st 7th d. There more green fluorescent protein positive sham controls Amount 3. mice, morphogenetic 2 messenger ribonucleic acid fibroblast growth factor 9 up-regulated interleukin-1-beta decreased, firstly demonstrated deficiency further increased amount intracerebroventricularly brain areas, thereby improved focal infarction. expression environment might be one molecular

Harvesting of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from live rats and the in vitro differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into neuron-like cells

In the bone marrow, there are certain populations of stem cell sources with the capacity to differentiate into several different types of cells. Ideally, cell transplants would be readily obtainable, easy to expand and bank, and capable of surviving for sufficient periods of time. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) possess all of these characteristics. One of the most important benefi...

Toll Like Receptor 2 and 4 Expression in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells of Multiple Sclerosis Patients

Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a T cell mediated autoimmune disease with unknown etiology. Appropriate MS therapeutic strategies need thorough understanding of both disease etiology and pathogenesis mechanisms. Ligation of TLR-2 and TLR-4 stimulates the production of several cytokines leading to CNS autoimmunity and neurodegenerative diseases. Objective: To find a relationship between M...

Toll-Like Receptor 4 in Bone Marrow-Derived Cells Contributes to the Progression of Diabetic Retinopathy

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a major microvascular complication in diabetics, and its mechanism is not fully understood. Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) plays a pivotal role in the maintenance of the inflammatory state during DR, and the deletion of TLR4 eventually alleviates the diabetic inflammatory state. To further elucidate the mechanism of DR, we used bone marrow transplantation to establish ...

CFU-GM Like Colonies Derived from Embryonic Stem Cells Cultured on the Bone Marrow Stromal Cells

The aim of this study was to isolate mouse embryonic stem cells from late blastocyst stage embryos and to use them as a model system for the study of hematopoietic induction outside the embryo by coculturing of embryonic stem cells with bone marrow stromal cells. Blastocyst stage embryos from pregnant NMRI mice were obtained and cultured for 1-2 days in DMEM medium. The inner cell masses formed...

A New Multistep Induction Protocol for the Transdifferentiation of Bone marrow Stromal Stem Cells into GABAergic Neuron-Like Cells

Background: Bone marrow stromal stem cells (BMSC) are appropriate source of multipotent stem cells that are ideally suited for use in various cell-based therapies. It can be differentiated into neuronal-like cells under appropriate conditions. This study examined the effectiveness of co-stimulation of creatine and retinoic acid in increasing the differentiation of BMSC into GABAergic neuron-lik...
